Not too long ago, we shared our feelings on how disappointed we were about not being able to find the right mascot for our product – simply because everything nice was taken. 6 months and 3500 WebEngage customers later, finally, that is set to change. We decided to “claim” a bird that has not risen to glory on the web, yet.
Dear crow, this one is for you -
And, there are no points for guessing that all our products in the WebEngage bundle will get nicely branded too. Feedback as a customer support tool, Survey as a customer insights tool and Notification as a push messaging tool. Check these out -
You liked these? No? We’ll be re-branding ourselves soon. Very soon. Do let us know what you think.

Agree with majority of the feedback. I think this can be alot better. Agree with the things on the back being a bit abstract. I would go for a different bird.
Just an opinion, i like pigeons more .. Also given the historical use of pigeons as
messengers would have made them ideally suited. Crow carry a lot of West Nile viruses in their blood, not relevant in this case but just saying
Idea of crow is nice. Just the crow with messenger is looking more like pigeon.
6/10. But what exactly are you trying to do with the mascot? Right now, it just looks like an addition to the logo. If it can be of any help, I had written a post about brand mascots done right recently at http://pokeandbite.com/why-have-a-mascot/
Hi,
Nice bird. What’s on its back is not very clear, is that a wing? I would have removed it.
Point taken.
Avlesh, in simple word — I like what I see.
Carpe diem, my friend
Glad you liked it mate. Godspeed!
I love crows!
No please. What problem are you fixing?
Love the idea of the crow. You need the wings? The bird looks beautiful without the wings .. cleaner lines.
Feedback taken. Thanks!
