Yeah, this is in our list. Customizable email frequency and multi-question surveys compound the problem of making it all fit in the one single email. We are at it.

We have been suggested this multiple times Sridhar. Unfortunately, it doesn’t fit into our bigger product roadmap.

We made sure that your dashboard contains all the data in one place. Feedback and Surveys are two tangible offerings inside WebEngage. They have their own propositions. While the majority of our customers use both of these, there are some who just use one of them. Also, you’d have noticed that the kind of anlaytics and reporting associated with both these products are very very different. Hence, choosing separate inboxes for these was an obvious choice for us.

We love WebEngage. It’s quick and easy to integrate; and effectively solves our business problem of distributing and navigating user feedback to the team. We love them more because the people behind WebEngage are responsive to our feature requests.
WebEngage is extremely convenient. Having it integrated with our website gives our visitors the right picture about how we value their feedback and love interacting with them.

Good going guys! Getting feedbacks and conducting surveys is easy, thanks to web-engage! The UI is simple and intuitive, the hard work is apparent.
We made good use of the brilliant survey tool to get some invaluable insights in our quest to improve conversions. We particularly love the short surveys, it helps us get instant feedback on specific features/changes we introduce.
WebEngage has been fantastic for our website. We could deploy a feedback tool in minutes. An intuitive dashboard to manage feedback and surveys made it all the more better. Keep up the good work guys.
Excellent growth! We at Ayojak love WebEngage as it has reduced our customer support pain: it is damn easy for event attendee to send feedback via widget. Also we use dedicated surveys to gather feedback/suggestions from our event organizer. WebEngage is our 360 degree online customer touch point.
Most importantly, WebEngage team is fabulous on how they take on suggestions and improve steadily. I am sure they will rock.
Fairly useful tool and smartly made. Design is good – easy to navigate, intuitive, and configuring surveys and feedback is quick. Business wise, some initial experimentation with Survey tool has been very insightful.
I’d definitely recommend a try.
